Default Oracle ODBC

Just had a PC Upgrade at work.

Trying to re-create the ODBC connections I had on my old machine, but don't have the options to connect to a Oracle DB.

Was using OraHome90 previously, but no longer have this option.

Do I have to have Oracle installed on my machine to be able to connect to a Oracle DB?

Unfortunately our IT department is split into two area's and our only Oracle DBA is off sick.

Yes, you'll need the Oracle 9 client software.
