USB ports stopped working

USB ports stopped working
Had to reboot one of my computers and all of the USB ports have
stopped working.
Went into control panel and it says they are working OK but tried
several devices & nothing is working.
Any ideas ?

Have you checked your BIOS? Sounds like they have defaulted or been disabled some how.
To get into the BIOS you need to press a key when you power on your PC. I.e Press <F6> for setup. Message.

Power the whole machine down totally, then try again.
If that fails hop into Device Manager and remove the USB ports, then reboot and allow windows to reinstall them.
If both of those ideas fail post back with more info
