i`m not fully convinced it will come out in nov yet, i have been trawling the web, especially the gears forums for a while looking for info and its been strongly denied numerous times.

I suspect the publishers would say Nov, whereas the developers would be no commiting.

looks good

could be game of the year, but i cant help feeling that the 360 will struggle to run the game with all these new features, it did suffer from a bit of crap FPS at times with the 1st game, unless it was just sloppy coding ?

just hope its not getting rushed out for xmas and is full of bugs like the last one

Via that Gamersyde site there was a clip of 'Bionic Commando' where the guy shoots out a grapple hook from one of his arms.
I'm convinced years ago (Amiga? et all) that there was a 2D sideways scroller with the same idea? Can anyone else remember?

Yeah It was Bionic Commando (It was an arcade conversion). The new version is a 3d sequel.

Also, Bionic Commando: Rearmed (2D version-ish) will be on XBLA/PSN soon When they can fit it into the 150Mb XBLA limit

The xbla limit is being increased or removed according to the new xna press releases

Really? Do you have a link? Its already been increased from 50Mb to 150Mb. Last I heard John Schappert still thinks 150Mb is enough.
