STi CS knockout tourney

I've had a cracking idea 
All STi members enter into a 1 on 1 knockout tourney.
Games could be arranged at leisure following a random draw, winners get to be team leaders for a month or summing (if they like, sorts out the 'who's team leader' palaver ) ?
I dont mind organising draw, schedule etc if enough peeps are up for it.
This could be regarded as sad by many of you but it sounds like a winner to me
(This idea was brought to you from the people who brought you the anticipated Crispin/Blowdog showdown)

So, sounds like most of us would be up for it.
1 on 1 might not be everyone's idea of good CS play but it'll be a laugh.
So I'll get to work (tomorrow @ work with Toot ) on the organisation.
Seedings ? Rankings ? Who mentioned them ? Doh, more organisation than I thought then, but hey, sounds cool (if not potentially controversial)
Ideas so far :
Handicap system based on a set dates rankings on STi locked ? Haven't decided how to handicap it yet but I'm sure theres a way.
Map based rounds (all play the same map per round round) ?
For each round, every player starts with 16000 credit for a best of 5 game thereby enabling full equipment use ?
NO SNIPER RIFLES (Not fair for 1 on 1 and too camper orientated/boring) (except possibly the final showdown ?)
Referee for each game to be nominated by both players from a shortlist of 3 voted on Scoobynet (fairest way I can think of) ?
Team assignment to be decided by autoassign (fair again I think) ?
Map for subsequent rounds voted for on Scoobynet ?
Any more ideas ?

Buy time at start of round = 15 seconds every time for full equipment buying (for those of us without scripts) ?
No silent walk scripts (play the game as intended)
Use whatever models you like as long as they're none of the cheat ones as decided on SN a while ago i.e spikey,glowing etc etc

Hello all
I've finally joined the legendary 'Scoobynet'.
Now i'll be able to keep up with all the cs gossip first hand.
