Default Anyone on O2 Broadband??

Being a mobile customer, I can get 16meg broadband for £10/month or 8meg for only £7.50.

Is anyone currently on O2 for their boradband or had any experiances good or bad before I get myself signed up?

I don't currently use O2 for broadband.....but I would if I could.

They bought Be out I believe - or is effectively Be Internet - who themselves have a VERY good reputation.

I would pay Be internet prices without a thought if they were in my exchange. The fact that our lass is on O2 means I could get the same £10 a month deal and I would jump at the chance.

I was originally thinking about Be because of their reputation, but the O2 deal does seem too good to miss out on.. must investigate if the buyout is true.

O2 says Be mine for £50m | The Register

That was one announcement

Check again and it says O2 is 'coming soon' to my exchange. It's very sad that i would be very excited if thats true

Cheers jowl, I found that too and a load of other stuff on the subject.. Looks like my exchange is enabled and ready to go, but not the phone line - I think it's because we have BT's low user scheme going at the moment.. gf's contract and never used it but we've just moved in together.. time to get that changed me thinks O2 here I come.... especially since everything I read this morning says it's a great service, free customer services in the UK.. can't be bad can it?
