Not comp related but...

ive got rid of sky & bought myself a set top box problem is i cant recorde from it have i got my scarts mixed up? i have ext 1 in back of telly were ive pluged in set top box, ext 2 has video pugged in both work fine on there own & i can recorde from telly but when i switch on set top box it wont let video work so cant recorde from it???? HELP

Does your video have 2 scarts, take the settop box in to the video, then from the video in to the tv
