Anyone know how to (in Outlook) send the same email to multiple people, so that it looks like its just sent to them - so their name only appears in the "to" box, and it says Dear John / James etc - so not doing a BCC or a CC ?

Its suppress recipient list, but cant remember whether that is an outlook setting or whether it is an Exchange Server setting

Mail merge is the best way to do it if you want to personalise them- I just learned how to do it

But then I can't start the email "Dear John, Dear James" etc like I want to - it will have to start "Dear Sirs" which I dont want (not personal enough)
Also I want only that persons email address visible in the "To" field, BCC-ing wont do that.
