Is it possible to save music on my 360 hard drive from my Pc

No, music can only be ripped from an actual CD. However If you burn MP3s into a standard audio cd format you can rip those to the Xbox360's hard drive.

You can also play mp3s via a usb memory stick, also works while playing a game
