broadband connectivity
my mate has b/band in his outhouse/office, which is about 100ft from his house.
He wants to be able to surf the net from his house by connecting to the wireless router in the outhouse/office. Its 100ft + 2x3ft solid brick walls, no i am not sure if the signal is strong enough.
Is there any other alternatives ? Short of asking BT for another b/band in the house.
Note : The house and office have different phone numbers.
Cheers

If the outhoue office has Electrical power sockets, then I believe one way is to buy some Network kit that can transfer via the elctrical mains. Something on the lines of:

Buy some outdoor ethernet cable and run it from the router in the outhouse to main house.
Then plug it into an wireless network switch in the main house, which you will need to buy.
