fasthosts tossers!
What a complete shambles of an outfit.
Not only has their system been compromised and I am forced to change every user password but we have been suffering an ongoing problem of inbound email simply not arriving. Despite even fasthosts replicating the issue they still clam 'nothing is wrong'
I ring to speak to a manager, after starting at queue position 51 and some 45 minutes later some support droid puts me back in the fckin queue... you are at queue position 46.......
I have now been on hold for 1 hour 20 mins and felt the need to rant...
Can anyone recommend a good hosted exchange provider with mobile email support (windows mobile & blackberry)

Not surprised.
They have now TWICE completely deleted a client of mines entire site and database without any reason and with no back ups.
I now host it myself on my dedicated server.
