Here ya go mate... http://cfsclansite.gamepoint.net/download.html
if you are running the retail ver of CS then it looks for a hl.exe when it runs, so create a file in your \siera\counter-strike dir and point the program there.
you can creat the image in photoshop.paint shop pro etc, import it into this program and of ya go.
Just make sure that when spraying your new fancy custom logo, that an aposing team member does not blow your brains all over it.

ps- this is a cool new count down for the C4- gives u 5 sec warnings then a count down from 10 so u can clear out!
