The dialogue system, and the impact it has on individual missions and the game as a whole is exceptional, adding greatly to the potential replay value. No game is worth 100%, however it's an indication that Mass Effect might be quite good

Having said that, Assissins Creed had had quite good reviews, and I'm not impressed with that at all...

Pretty much most games seem to be scoring high these days, IGN give 94 above yet say it has technical issues/flaws, well then surely no matter how good the game these flaws should of been sorted and thus not deserving of a 94.

Aas that is from the point of view that normally they don't play the game as you or i would but get given a guide so they miss out on the actual playing for fun.

seems to have 2 issues with it, bad laggy graphics in battle scenes and the game ends when you finish the main mission so you cant go back to explore and do all the side missions youve missed

exactly - nobody cares if they rate it 100/100 but what it does give you is an indication it might be worth pursuiing it more

and as someone says 100/100 in the infamous game reviewing world means someone somewhere has had some nice freebies !!

Edge is about as accurate as it gets in my view. Of course they have the odd strange score which I don't agree with, but thier "9's" and "10's" are usually spot on.
