Excel Linking and Refresh
Guys,
I've got a spreadsheet that is stored on a network drive. This in turn has links to other external spreadsheets. Every now and again I've noticed that if I go and view it then it all seems fine but then if somebody else goes in and views it then the "total figure" can be wrong.
It should obviously update any information that it gets from it's other spreadsheets but ti seems that the only way that it will update is if all the other referenced files are opened up at the same time......
Any ideas?
