Another story of great customer service from play.com
I use the official MS charger myself, but surely your one comes with a 12 month warranty?

I've got the same as Iain, i did have the plug and play, with it you might as well have wired controllers. But the desk top charger is great as it runs of the mains not taking up a USB port, plus a free battery, can't be bad.
I always stick with the offical stuff, never trust the 3rd party bits....even batteries.

I have 2 of the official quick chargers.
The second one was used at £7.99 from blockbuster, i only wanted it for the spare battery as there £9.99 alone.
