Default Xbox 360 Online

There may allready be a question like this on here but i need a simple explanation, nothing too technical. I have just changed my broadband to BT with the home hub. My computers connect to the internet fine via the ethernet cable but my laptop refuses to aquire a IP address when wireless and my Xbox also the same. Any ideas, I only got back online today so it might just need some settings altering.

Is your wireless light on??
It could be the Hub is knackered..
My hub connected to both xbox and laptop straightaway as did my mates and he has had 3 of them..You should not have to change anything.
Have you put the WEP key number in on your xbox live setup screen and also on your laptop??

If the hub isnt DHCP's then ill be trying to get another IP off BT.

I'd go with the DHCP problem. If its on make sure its allowing more then one address.
