Default Broadband Monitor

Does anyone know of a piece of software that will monitor and identify amount of traffic flowing on our broadband connection?

My Small Business Server 4.5 used to have a report which indicated top 10 web sites, top 10 users etc but I can not find the equivalent on SBS 2003. I suspect it lies within SQL Server which I have not got my head around.

The reason I ask is that since last friday, there has been a constant download of approx 150Kb/sec and I do not know what is causing it or where it is coming from.

Something like Ethereal which is packet sniffer will show you what traffic is flowing where. It can be downloaded for free. It is quite a techy tool, but once it is monitoring the appropriate network interface you should be able to see all traffic flowing in and out.

I use Hagel's DU Meter, great lil app, with lots of options to monitor what you need.
