Cool Home USB Storage ...
Found this yesterday. Looks like the backend management software is pretty clever.....
Very tempting, not NAS though ... maybe I could USB attach it the NAS though

I have a home NAS already ( and work with raid daily ), it was the flexibility and fault tolerance I was impressed with.
They never showed you what happens when you pull a drive when it was over capacity for the remainder though
