Need a cheap printer for my little sister

She wants colour but prints a lot.. any suggestions ?

Your listed printer does fare quite well. Although it is only mono.
For high volume colour AND cheap, I think the only option is an inkjet that uses ink tanks for each individual colour....some can be modified to a continous ink system that makes them even cheaper to run (albeit fiddly to get up and running).
Inkjets that have the printhead integrated into the cartridge generally cost more to run for high volume, but are better if the printer goes unused for several days - as a fixed head printer will have to do purge/cleaning cycles thus waste ink. So its usuage environment does need to be taken into consideration.
