How do I get a Jap account on my PS3?

I've not looked into this personally so no idea if its easy or not.

Is there an easy way to create a Japanese account on my PS3?

There's a new GT5 demo out tomorrow

I've just followed the above link and it appears to work. It's downloading some GT5 thing, but the description is in Japanese.
