Default Online payment system

We want to add the above to our website so people can pay online.

Any recommendations on who to use?

Cheers

What sort of system do you want?

Something like paypal etc or dedicated ecommerce?

Don't have a clue to be honest. This is all new to us.

What is the difference between the above?

I think payment amounts will be starting at about £999 up too a few thousand if that makes any difference.

The difference is basically nothing.

Paypal you basically route to their website to do the txn, with something like the systems I support all the software is on your computers with your website routing to it and we take a charge per txn.

How bigs the company?

Paypal charges are a tad steep.

You could try Protx - secure online payment gateway for credit card processing they are a part of Sage & so fit in well with accounts.
