Problems with picture formats
OK all you teckies, help please.
I am trying to save pictures sent to us in e-mails. Used to be OK, we just right clicked, save as, and we could see them.
Now when we right click the only format option is ART and then we cannot open them.
How can we change the format?
I have done a system restore, deleted all temp internet files, and looked in e-mail settings, all to no avail.
We have XP home, AOL (Yes, I know
) Paint shop Pro, Photo Plus, Windows picture and fax viewer.
