windows installer
Hi im trying to remove a program using add and remove, but it says it cannot remove as windows installer package had a problem on installing. how do i remove this from my pc, looked on the net and found registry progs but what one to use and are they safe? cheers bob

Try using the Windows Installer CleanUp Util to uninstall/remove the program.
