Exchange Guru's - Help Required!

Help!

I'm in the process of migrating our email system from Exchange 5.5, to 2003 - the first server in our first site is installed, and appears to be functioning OK. Unfortunately though, i'm having trouble replicating our public and system folders using pfmigrate (hence, am having problems with free/busy data and the offline address list).

I've run the same command I ran in our test environment to generate a report showing how many folders are yet to replicate, but it's coming back to say that there are none remaining (see extract below)

I've also run the command to add any unreplicated (system & public) folders to the new mail server but again, the logs report completion without any data having been replicated.

Has anyone come across this before? What am I doing wrong?!
