Question Time for a new printer - any recommendations....

Currently got an Epson Stylus Colour 680 - yes, I know it's old!! However, it's served me very well in the last 7-odd years

Time's left it behind now, and I want a better output from a printer.....

TBH, don't want to spend too much, and the same goes for replacement carts, so I *think* I'm still looking at Epson, or perhaps HP?

The main criteria are to be able to print pretty decent piccies onto photo paper, and be relatively quick.

What's the general thoughts then (I'm also aware that you get what you pay for - however, there's usually some type of "break-even" point, or even a bargain to be had!!)

I find that PCPro is the best place to look for reviews and recommendations. PC PRO - IT News & Reviews

Their 'A-List' is worth a look.
