Default Can anyone else not get hold of Virgin BB support?
I've been ringing constantly today and a week ago before i went on holiday i was ringing into the early hours but all i get is a constant tone. I rang the virgin helpline but they say it's just cos it's busy. Like i say, i've been ringing at all hours with no luck Is it just me?
The number i've been using is 0906 212 1111 as it's the only one i can find!

Since they started charging for the call, I've emailed instead, although takes days to get a reply.

All sorted. I was trying to hook up my old boys new lappy to the net and i managed to lock the PID
