What a great game! The multiplayer is good fun - just wondered if anyone on here plays the multiplayer too?

Yes, seems that people on this BBS have a 'thing' for CS - I've never played it - perhaps I need to look into it. So for a CS newbie, what is it?

The thing I like about RTCW multiplayer is the different classes of players; medics, soldiers, engineers etc. There's a huge team work element as no one player can win without working well with the other players.

ah you'll probably like camperstrike then

just sitting around in dark corners waiting for spray and pray merchants like me to come sprinting through a room

alternatively try some of the other mods like capture the flag on ut and q3 as that relies on teamwork. just dont expect much on public servers tho, its like watching school boys play footie.

They either all defend or all attack and its disorganised chaos!

CS is a 2 team based mod for Half Life - based on Counter Terrorists vs Terrorists in vaious scenarios and on different maps.

ie Bomb Defuse.....T's set a bomb and CT's have so much time to defuse it.

different weapons can be bought etc, its now got voice communication built in for amazing teamplay if used properly.
