Anyone saw the advert for this ?

dont you have to sign up for some broadband service to get 300 quid off any laptop over £450

Pretty shoddy advertising on the TV. I only caught a glimpse of the TV ad and never noticed the bit where (if?) they mentioned having to sign up to Orange.
Strange that even though they're the same group, Currys and PC World are offering different laptop deals. PC World you can get a free laptop (albeit not as good as the Currys one).

Yep. I saw this advertised in the Daily Mirror yesterday. Small print mentions singing up to a Brioadband package to get the deal.

Noticed that the new Harry Potter book you can get for £5 - £6.99 with some supermarkets. But Most of them want you to spend from £10-£50 in Groceries for you to get it at that price.
