SM uses IMAP?

You need to create a PST in outlook & set up two rules:

- one to copy all received mail into the PST in folder called "in"
- one to copy all sent mail into a folder called "out"

Only way it can be done AFAIK - for that reason alone I went to exchange, just too much faffing about.

Are tehse rules hard to create, are they coding or is it just a case of ticking the right boxes etc?

its a rule you need to do on EVERY client

It's pretty much tick the box job, not hard at all.
