Simple Question
Hiya All
The wife wants to be connected to the internet - after all these years - I think she wants to find a new man!
So, I don't want to stop her ...... I have her connected, how do I set her up with an e-mail account?
I'm with BTOpenWorld ..... if that helps?
I have looked into 'TOOLS' 'ACCOUNTS' and tried adding a new account - but the e-mail won't recognise the name I put in?
I'm doing something daft - HELP
Pete

Don't bother with a BTOpenWorld email address Pete - as if you ever decide to move to another broadband provider you'll probably find that you can say goodbye to your email address.
Best bet is to use something like GMail (Google Mail) or Hotmail. Personally I prefer Gmail - pop access, browser access, pretty much unlimited storage, spam filtering, etc. Free to use, easy to use, easy to set up and if you move ISPs it will continue to work!
