Default NTP server on WinXP

Hello

I have a couple of WinXP PCs at home and one runs a load of VMWare VMs with Linux, Solaris, etc, on. I want to sync the times on them and it needs to be one physical XP machine. Does anyone know of any functionality in WinXP or a piece of software (preferrably freeware) that can run an NTP server service ?
