Video Embedding/ Posting on a website
What is the most efficient method of taking a relatively small video file (10-70MB), turning it into a web-embeddable video and embedding it in a Wordpress Blog post?
The video will be protected on the Blog through a WordPress plugin and I don't want it accessible publicly.
Have thought of uploading it to YouTube and using the private function and using the YouTube plugin. Only problem is that the user needs to be logged into YouTube to view the file too so it's problematic.
The Wordpress plugin supports the following sites but I have no experience of which may let me know what I desire:
Google Video
dailymotion
MyVideo
Clipfish
Sevenload
Revver
Metacafé
Yahoo! Video
ifilm
MySpace Video
Brightcove
aniBOOM
vimeo
GUBA
Garage TV

ANy ideas guys?
