From the 360 forum(yes I'm a nerd )
Heres a detailed walkthrough on how to find out what your 3 red lights mean :
Sections 1, 3, and 4 are flashing red
- General Hardware Failure
/ \
\ /
The specific type of hardware failure can be determined by a "hidden" error code
* Turn the xbox 360 on, and wait till the 3 red lights are flashing.
* Press and hold the sync up button (the small white one), while holding that button press the eject button.
* The LEDs will now blink the first number in the code (as described below).
* Release the eject button and press it again.
* The LEDs will now blink the second number of the code.
* Release the eject button and press it again.
* The LEDs will now blink the third number of the code.
* Release the eject button and press it again.
* The LEDs will now blink the forth number of the code.
* Release the eject button and press it again.
* The LEDs will go back to the 3 red flashing lights.
You should be able to determine the difference between the 3 flashing lights and the error code lights by the rate in which they flash.
Here is how you interpret the LEDs to get the code number:
* All four lights flashing - 0
* One light flashing - 1
* Two Lights flashing - 2
* Three lights flashing - 3

THINGS TO TRY
1. Try restarting the console.
2. If restarting the console does not resolve the behavior, follow these steps:
* Turn the console off.
* Unplug all the power and AV cables from the console.
* Unplug the power cord from the wall socket.
* Firmly reconnect all the cables.
* Turn on the console.
3. If these steps do not resolve the behavior, turn the console off, remove the hard drive, and then turn on the console. If the 3x Red LED error light is no longer displayed, turn the console off, re-attach the hard drive, and then turn on the console. This comes from this site

I can now confirm that it does look like this
Forza has killed my 360. Its not got to go back to Xbox.
How long does it take for them to email me the labels? I phoned microsoft about 45 mins ago and still havent been emailed the labels so I can ring UPS and get this picked up.
My weekend of Forza has been cancelled.

Good Luck to anyone who phones the support line
30mins on hold, they took my details and said they would email me the labels for UPS but still nothing in the inbox. Think she took my email address wrong, I had to spell everything as it was. Now I'm gonna have to ring them again!!
Any one know where they are based? she sounded german but wouldn't tell me.

If its within a year old simply take it back ot the retailer you bought it from and ask for a replacement. If they ask you to go via MS refuse as your contract is with the people you bought it from. I have had 5 Xboxes all swapped simply with no fuss via PCWorld stores and each time got a new receipt so a full 1 year warranty.

Don't get the intercooler, it draws power from the PSU and a few have burnt out.
If you want a cooler, go for the cooler king which is powered off the USB.
