Can anyone on know how to re-draw a bitmap image so that is a vector one?

I just want a simple graphic converted for something - not stickers.

Adobe Illustrator should be able to do that for you. Can't remember without launching it what the commands are to do it though If you want to chuck the file over my way (see my profile for email addy) then I'll give it a shot and see if I can convert it.

 

Coreltrace can do it automatically and is the market leader for this. Just open and tell it what type of vector you want and bob's your fathers brother.

Or if you have the time you can use various photoshop plug-ins to give you path based vectors
