HELP-Printing a still from a video

Default HELP-Printing a still from a video
I have vista and have imported a video into the Photo Gallery and Movie Maker and want to pause it at various stages and print a photo...is this possible as it is driving me insane.

You could do it the 'crude' way which is hit Print Screen and then paste it into a paint package.

I don't appear to have a print screen option !!!!!

Look at your keyboard and it'll be on the top right hand side with something like "PrtScn" on the key.

Found the button but doesn't work, have now found an option through tools on movie maker.

its ctrl and print screen for the whole window or alt and print screen for the selected window, then paste it into paint or somewhere and print
