Right was just now browsing away as you do,when this came up on the screen.

Restarted the PC via the power button and it's running fine now.

Just finished an Ad-Aware and got around 20 tracking cookies,with a total of around 40ish items.I'm just hoping and thinking that'll do it.

It it keeps hapening it could be RAM or Hard Disk on it's way out, typically the latter

may be worth a checkdisk also

if its just the once you may be OK

Run memtest (bootable floppy or CD) on it overnight n see if u get any errors. Even if u only get one error then u have a problem with a dimm.

Have you installed any new apps or drivers recently?

BSODS can also be down to duff software to sometimes.
