Default PowerToys for Vista?

Friend of mine has had their machine upgraded to Vista. They previously used Microsoft PowerToys for Windows XP, specifically the Image Resizer and RAW Image Thumbnailer and Viewer.

Does anyone know if these will install under Vista, and if not, could they suggest a good, and free, alternative, primarily for Image Resizer, but ideally for both.

The power toys (the image resizer in particular) are currently in beta for Vista - we've been testing them internally for a while now so can't see it being too long before they're public.
