Also i believe it's the case if you pay for a download you have a certain amount of time to download/re-download it, so if with MS's argument will it be once you've paid, you can download/delete the same item as many times as you like?

Funny few years ago you only used to be able to get a black console, all wanted silver, white or clear. Funny what a few years do.
I'm gonna stick with the current colour's although maybe one of the new generation with the extra holes in the back once the Black Ltd go

That would nearly be funny if it made any sense 
I'm certainly not a fanboy of any kind. In my games room (bedroom) I currently have a ps1, ps2, psp, dreamcast, nes, snes, megadrive, game gear, atari st, amiga a600, 2 pcs, and a 360. I'd have a ps3 as well now if there were any reason to get one. If that makes me a Microsoft fanboy then so be it.

The colour doesn't seem to have hurt the sales of the white Wii, or the pink PS2 though. Personally I don't care what colour it is as long as it has good games
