Hiya

What's the deal with this these days? If I thought that a site may be sought after in a few years time, is there anything stopping me registering it?

Would I have to put something up which justified the use of the domain name?

I seem to remeber that the law was changed at some point to try and prevent speculative registering etc., but I can't remember.

If I do this it'll put me up against a big multi national company...
