Does anyone know the name of the plugin that resolves the pasted URL's to their description - as per the below examples:

I paste "http_://www.macupdate.com/" (I added the _ to beat the plugin for the example) and the post resolves the link to the following URL: MacUpdate: Macintosh Software & Games

http_://www.ebuyer.com --> ebuyer.com - the UK's largest independent online retailer of computers, components, electronics, MP3 Players,cameras, televisions, DVD Players, car audio, software and more...
http_://www.apple.com/uk/ --> Apple (UK and Ireland)

Knowing my luck, these examples won't have worked, but I hope people will understand what I'm getting at?
