Question Problem with new Wii

I've just got my new Wii and managed to get as far a pressing A to continue, then when I come to select language I have 6 options but no way of selecting one.

any ideas???

I hadn't plugged the infra red in

It is awesome yeah! Tennis is so funny. Genius.

Nice one, yep its a superb piece of kit, tennis will keep you occupied for a while. the game 'Play' is worth getting for £30 as it comes with a wiimote and its got 10 (I think) mini-games which arent fantastic but are quite good fun.

Definatley a console to play with the curtains closed though!!! Swing the remote to serve!!!

I havn't played the 360 or PS3 but this just looked like so much fun compared to them!

marc, I did exactly the same I'd put the infra red bar on the TV, but it took me a good 15 minutes to realise that I'd set it up there ready for when I'd got the console plugged in, and not plugged it in. I'd even resorted to reading the manual to find out what I was missing
