Default NTL broadband customers

Threaten to leave if you haven't already, I don't know why it took me so long to get a 50% price reduction.

Did you literally just phone up and threaten to leave if you didn't get a reduction? I currently pay £24.99 to NTL for 4Mb...

Just called them and they refuse to give me a reduction.
I don't have a tv package with them though. Dunno if that makes a difference.

I see both users on here are using their NTLworld email addresses, which means I can find your accounts and begin action against you to either force an increase in payment or end your contract with us....... On the other hand I think Virgin Media is a ******* rip off and would also suggest calling them up and telling them you where promised a free wireless router, as we dont send them any more they will credit your account for one !!

If your on 4mb or 10mb tell them the TSC dept said they would send one weeks ago and nothings come

a small tip with Virgin is to be polite and ask for a manager early on, the bod doesnt have that much say on things, the managers hate talking to customers so will do anything to make you happy, if your a ***** to the manager. Good, if your a ***** to the advisor we will cut you off and probably disable your internet
