Default windows explorer?

i have lost the,veiw edit etc and back ,forward and search etc in the windows explorer window and can't remember how to get them back?

thats better but file ,edit is not on top of back forward etc they are side by side

right click on empty drop bar area and see if 'lock toolbar' is selected
if it is, click it to deselect it
you'll then see the dashed bar line and be able to drag that up/down/left/right to the desired location.
Lock the toolbar again afterwards.

Any use?
