Video editing software - mpegs, avis etc
Hi
I am after some free (if possible) video editing software.
I need to reduce some vids in size and join and split some others.
Is there anything out there that will do. Not very experience with stuff like this and don;t know where to look.

Windows Movie Maker is free. I find it perfectly adequate for making web videos, but have never used it for a 'proper' editing job.
