help !!!! after a while on the net my connection bums out !! and i have to turn off !

Default help !!!! after a while on the net my connection bums out !! and i have to turn off !

i have to turn off and start again... it says connection not found etc.. i restart the pc but nothing. i have to turn off from wall and start again.. what the hell is this ? i have bt internet and windows xp . it has been doing this for a month or so and restoring the system doesnt fix it ?? helllppppppppppp !!!!!!!!

it may be that you are not using a micro filter, this is what your adsl modem plugs into, the filter then plugs into the bt wall socket, any phone that is on the line also needs to be plugged into a filter

ok , but why is it fine when totally turned off then restarted ??

is this a bt home hub>?

if its not and you are useing a voyager router, are you hooked up to the PC via ethernet cable, or is it the USB connection?
