so what's all that about then, I have to say this console confuses me at times 
my code is 0428 7867 3136 0225
oh and should my disc area glow blue ? doesn't seem to be doing it on my one ?

Actually, it glows blue when you receive an email whilst it's turned off, assuming you have it set to connect24?
(and momentarily when you eject/insert a disk)

Think it glows blue when its doing an update as well .
The Wii codes are a bit like email address's , use them to communicate with other Wii users . Not sure what Mii codes are.
