Default Spanned desktop across 3 monitors

Just built a new pc with 3x 19" TFTs & 2x 7300GT Golden sample.
Managed to get all 3 displays working after a bit of faffing about but cant get the desktop spanned across all 3, only spanned across 2 with the other set to dualview - any way I can get this working? Just prefer 1 large desktop.

Cheers
Jay

Guys,

Will this work across 2 adjacent pc's on a network or do all the screens have to be connected to the same cpu?

Thanks

Bloody brilliant s/w, even better having seperate taskbars per monitor.

Would have thought both monitors need to be on same computer.

Had 2 x 17"s before & got on really well with that. Allows me to do things a lot faster when working on several apps at one, no swapping between windows. Hate working on single monitor now, it's nowhere near as efficient.
Have started doing a lot of CAD work now so I fancied 3, can have 3d model on one screen, Drawing on another & the literature & lessons on the 3rd. Does make things a lot easier when you can see everything at once.

I use up to 4 at work and can be very tough going back to single.
Most I've seen one person use is 13. 3 rows of 4 and a single off to the side.
Mental.

Yeah it does look very cool, TFT monitors are so cheap now too.
Bought my two 17"s for £220 as back then it was cheaper than buying a single 19".
This time around it was £330 for three 8ms 19"s with a 1 year warranty - can't go wrong at that price.

*That* I would love to see. If you have photo's, please post. That would be truly drool-worthy.

I do web-development, where we launch a site in multiple browsers simultaneously, to compare them side-by-side to see how a site populates across different platforms & engines. As a result, having as many monitors as possible on one machine is extremely useful.

XP supports a maximum of 10 [according to the technical specs]. Which is why I'd be interested in seeing how you hacked 11 together.

The most I have ever seen assembled together in any real-world scenario is 6 [because most PC's can support a maximum of 3 video cards @ 2 monitors each].

On my own machine, I only can get 5 running [see photo]

Have non of you heard of re-sizeing (sp) apps?

no need to buy loads of monitors

failing that, get a panny 150" plasma

would handle all your screen needs

on a more serious note, it looks nice with more than one monitor, would be good for driving sims etc

Anyone see Terry Pratchett's system on the BBC3 program about Fantasy? As far as I could see he had six monitors set as a 3 x 2 array, and all looked to be at least 22" ! Giood to see he's not wasting those royalties. Now if only I could write that well.
