I gave up using them after receiving loads of spam I'm getting 200 emails in 4 days or so and none of them are genuine.

I just checked mine on webmail though and it worked. I only had 10 though this time

m8, we had to bin them after we moved house, they took over a month to even contact me regarding the switchover of broadband, when we did phone (many many times)the call center was in india with really bad english speaking people on the other side and still no broadband. anyways, cutting a long story short they broke their contract 'cos they couldnt provide the service that we were paying for! i wont be using them again

Oh yeah, their service is diabolical, binning them off after eventually getting a MAC code after 3 weeks. But still with them for the next couple of weeks, and email has gone kapuutt.

I'm with Tiscali and they're fking shocking. The speeds are poor, the email takes for ever to access, or even do anything with Webmail, we're talking 1min+.

I called for a MAC code, they gave me a number to call that didn't even exist.

I get about 50 emails a day that are SPAM. I thought i was even using their SPAM Filter service.

Shocking, avoid them!! I'm migrating to check out Orange, seeing as it's free...

Cheers for the VF35! Im with Orange wireless BB, I get no spam in MS Outlook, but the online web account gets full of spam emails, those Delivery Failure notices and the like (who the **** sends them!!!). Internet connection has been 100% in my time with them.

That's good to know and will be a bonus as it's free.

Got the VF35 fitted yet? Let me know the results/thoughts.

There online sitw for mail is a joke,

i went there today to look at my mail, Normally i use outlook to get my mail....

7 pages of spam, some deffo spam, and others normal mail, of which i normally receive... there was 2 pages of pishhig mails from Barclays, halifax and others... the worrying thing was when you hovered over the link, the real site destinations didn't show up....wonder how many people get clobbered this way

the only good thing they have going is the unlimited Dl's there scripted customer support is poor, if you don't have a scripted problem, or challenge what that say, be prepared for some expensive calls, and some pure bulls*it answers

Oh yeah, getting a MAC code is nigh on impossible, their unwritten policy is not to provide them which is just not right.
