Guys, have recently installed Norton Internet Security 2007 at home and on all the pc's at work.

One of the PC's now seems to be downloading emails in triplicate; every time we have an ebay sale it notifies me 3x, likewise with PayPal, and also reports requested from our factors come 3x as well.

Have had a quick search but can't find anything... any ideas?

Norton Anti virus does a scan on incoming emails, if this scan takes too long the server calls for a time out and then starts again assuming you haven't got any emails yet.

Go into norton and turn off email scanning, the shield will still protect you from viruses
