Default Getting a script written, perl help

Hi everyone,

I'm in a bit of a pickle with this one. I need a fairly simple script but I can't find it anywhere.

All I want (urgently) is a script that will allow people to upload a file from their local hard disk (after browsing for it) and upload it to a webserver. In the same form, I need to be able to put several email addresses of people who get a link to the file that has been uploaded and can download it from the website (rather than send several files of 30 MB to each person. Hope that makes sense.

I know this kind of script has to exist, but where ? Does anyone know? Preferably free also

Have a look on Hotscripts.com :: The net's largest PHP, CGI, Perl, JavaScript and ASP script collection and resource web portal
Loads of commercial and pants stuff to wade through but there are some crackers on there.
