the stats shown in the below images don't add up. My ip profile is 5500kbps. However my sync speed is only 4250kbps. BT works on the basis of the ip profile being approx 500kbps+ less than your sync speed. My ip profile should be and has been up until now 3500kbps.

I can currently download at 440kb/s so not getting near the ip profile speed that would be about 650kb/s+ and it is actually what I should be getting for an ip profile of 3500kbps.

They must be upto something at the exchange but I don't know how their equipment can be effectively changing the rules on how maxdsl works, ie your ip profile is never higher than your sync speed.
